The warehouse used for your order depends on product availability at the time of purchase. In some cases, your item may be shipped from a different country than expected if stock is only available there.

Customs & Duties

Shipping Responsibility
Orders are shipped based on the information provided at checkout. Once your package arrives in your country, it will be handled by your local postal service.
For any delivery-related issues after arrival, customers are responsible for contacting their local carrier.
We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once handed over to the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Tracking updates may take between 2 to 5 business days to appear depending on the carrier.
Import Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize Jadéa to arrange the import of goods on your behalf. This process may be handled directly or through third-party logistics partners.
The recipient agrees to cover any applicable taxes, duties, or import-related fees in addition to the purchase price.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned for reasons not attributable to Jadéa (such as incorrect address or failed delivery), it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Refunds for returned packages under these conditions will be issued excluding any shipping costs incurred.
For returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
FAQ
Lost Packages
Jadéa is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please ensure your information is accurate before confirming your order.
If an address error is identified, you must notify us within 24 hours. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes.
If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the customer may choose between a reshipment (at their expense) or a refund excluding return shipping fees.
Customs Charges
Shipping costs do not include potential customs duties or import taxes. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order may be subject to such charges upon arrival in your country.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped. Be sure to check your spam folder if needed.
Tracking Status Not Updating
Some carriers require 2 to 5 business days to activate tracking updates. If no information appears after 5 business days, please contact us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase without any fees. After this period, or once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
