At Jadéa, we strive to provide high-quality products along with a seamless customer experience. Your satisfaction matters to us, which is why we offer a 14-day guarantee for added peace of mind. Orders can be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of purchase. That said, as we aim to process orders as quickly as possible for faster delivery, this timeframe cannot always be guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for unused items, in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, returns are issued as store credit rather than cash refunds. This credit can be used on future purchases on our website.
Please note that any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Custom-made, personalized items, bulk orders, and gift cards are non-refundable, as they are specifically tailored.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@tryjadea.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for your request.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval. If you have not received your refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider.
We do not provide refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to misuse or normal wear. Additionally, we cannot issue refunds for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, such as inaccurate shipping details.
All refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. Any fees related to currency conversion or exchange rates remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to hello@tryjadea.com with a clear photo of the issue so we can assess your eligibility for a free replacement. Please note that we do not cover damage caused by normal use or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or customs processing. In case of delivery-related issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once shipped.
Fraud Prevention
To ensure secure transactions, we may verify billing and shipping details and monitor orders for unusual activity. In some cases, we may request additional information to validate a purchase.
If any fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer accordingly.
